Lime rotary kiln, also known as drum rotary kiln, has advanced structure and reliable scale seal at both ends of rotary kiln. The leakage coefficient is less than 10% using compound refractory to reduce radiant heat loss.
The cylinder body of the lime rotary kiln is rolled up by steel plates, lined with refractory lining and with a specified inclination to the horizontal line. It is supported by three wheels on each supporting device. A large ring of teeth is fixed by a tangential spring plate on the inner cylinder body of the span near the wheel belt at the feeding end, and a pinion meshes with it. When the rotary kiln is in normal operation, the main drive motor transmits power to the open gear device through the main reducer, drives the rotary kiln, and the material enters the kiln from the end of the kiln (the high end of the cylinder). Due to the inclination and slow rotation of the cylinder, the material rolls in the circumferential direction and moves along the axis (from the high end to the low end). The process continues to be completed. Finally, the clinker is generated and cooled by the cooler through the kiln head cover. Fuel is injected into the kiln from the kiln head. After exchanging the exhaust gas and material produced by combustion, the fuel is exported from the kiln tail.
